Bubu 1er (Bubu Premier) designed by Philippe Starck for xO is the most versatile of all stools, that does not take itself seriously, is now part of everyday’s vocabulary.

Bubu 1er can be a vase, a universal container, a laundry basket, an ice bucket, a small pedestal table, a stool even, a tooth crown… It’s up to you to invent the rest. One thing is certain, Bubu 1er is at the same time a monolithic sculpture and the royal emblem of modernity - a symbol of democratic design.
