Mi Ming armchair, the latest creation by Philippe Starck for xO pushes the boundaries of technology by combining for the first time a polycarbonate body with the armrest and seat back shaped as an Ω , coloured in aluminum or red. Mi Ming armchair, with the elements of the so-called Ghost transparency and the imitation of Ming Dynasty furniture simplicity, is a subtle reinterpretation of the horseshoe armchair characteristic of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).
